Our products are carefully engineered for sustainability – buy once and use for a lifetime or more. We’ve spent 20 years refining this unusual approach, and have confidently offered a 10 year warranty since 2012.

Now you can simply register your purchase on this page to extend that warranty* to 15 years as part of what we intend to be a lifetime’s use – preventing the scrapping of perhaps 10 or more average espresso machines with their electric pumps and electronics. And we’ll keep you informed of product upgrades, new products and deals.

We will replace, totally free of charge, any component that is functionally defective due to faulty manufacturing or materials, during the warranty period. Everything is designed to be simply fitted by the user and nothing needs to be returned to us.

For the small number of parts that may incur wear and tear and need maintenance replacement at intervals, for example the silicon O ring or the ‘shower’ screen in the espresso maker (and even the gears and burrs in the grinder), we will provide free maintenance parts with a shipping and handling charge. These warranties are for domestic use only. Warranty should be registered within 28 days of purchase. EspressoGC and GrinderGC purchased before Dec 1st 2022 may be registered for 15 year extended warranty up to March 31st 2023. Currently, extended warranty is only available on purchases on the ROK.coffee website shop.
